In the recent years there has been an ever-growing demand for automotive gears, high tensile fastners and other precision turned components for carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel construction not only for the national automobile industry but for general engineering applications in Steel, Cement, Paper, Chemical, Power, Aeronautics, Railways and Ship-Building applications as well.The existing production facilities, in this part of the region, were not able to fully meet the input demands of these establishments for the above items. In order to realize the emerging potential in these supplies gaps, our parent organisation M/s. Tightwell Fastners who had already achieved remarkable success in qualitative and quantitative production of these components, strongly felt the need for expanding there activities in the above arena. With these objective in sight, M/s. Dynamic Fastners (P) Limited was launched in 1990 to supplement the needs and the functions of its existing group associates. Within a short span of 8 years Dynamic Fastners (P) Limited has carved a significant niche and succeeded in establishing its own independent identity with a new name M/s. Dynamic Transmission Limited in producing high quality products at lower cost.It was founded with a workforce of 6 people, it has today expanded to an organization with more than a thousand associates and employs more than 200 people. With a turnover of Rs. 80 Crore it has come a long way from its founding.
